Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 5, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how Worrkout handles refunds, cancellations, billing disputes, and purchase-related support for subscriptions, digital features, and other paid services offered through worrkout.com, the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized purchase channels.
1. Digital Services and General Refund Position
Worrkout primarily provides digital services and subscription-based access. Because digital access may begin immediately after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law, where a platform’s billing rules provide otherwise, or where Worrkout expressly approves a refund under this policy.
2. Purchases Made Through Apple App Store
If you purchased a subscription or in-app purchase through Apple App Store, Apple manages billing and many refund decisions directly. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases should generally be submitted through Apple’s official refund process. Worrkout cannot directly issue or guarantee refunds for purchases processed by Apple.
3. Purchases Made Through Google Play
If you purchased through Google Play, Google may offer refunds in certain situations under its own refund rules. In some cases, especially after Google Play’s initial refund window, users may be directed to contact the developer. Worrkout will review such requests in good faith in line with this policy and applicable law.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the same platform used for the purchase, such as your Apple ID subscription settings, Google Play subscriptions, or other authorized billing account settings.
Unless otherwise required by law or platform rules:
- Cancellation stops future renewals
- Your access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period
- Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a partial or prorated refund
5. Situations Where Refund Review May Be Considered
Refund review may be considered in limited circumstances such as:
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription or service
- A verified technical billing error attributable to Worrkout
- A successful charge where paid access was not provisioned and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable time
- Any other case where applicable consumer law requires review or refund
6. Situations Normally Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Dissatisfaction based on preferences where the core service has been delivered as described
- Requests that conflict with Apple App Store or Google Play billing rules for purchases they processed
7. How to Request a Refund Review
To request a refund review where applicable, contact refund@worrkout.com and include:
- Your registered account email
- Purchase date
- Transaction ID, order number, or payment reference
- Purchase platform, such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or website
- A clear explanation of the issue
8. Review Process
We review eligible requests on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Where a third-party platform controls billing, that platform’s decision, technical process, or refund pathway may apply.
9. Processing Time
If a refund is approved by Worrkout for a purchase we are able to refund directly, the amount will be returned to the original payment method where possible. Final posting times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, Apple, or Google Play.
