Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled for purchases and subscriptions made through WORRKOUT(the “Service”). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Charges

Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or yearly basis (depending on the plan you select). Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts.

If you cancel your subscription, your access typically continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you renew or reactivate your subscription.

3. No Refunds / No Prorations

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for partially used billing periods, unused time, or unused features.

This includes (but is not limited to) refunds for changes of mind, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to use the Service during the subscription period.

Exception: If a refund is required by applicable law, or if we determine there was a verified billing error, we will correct the issue (which may include reversing an incorrect charge).

4. Trials and Promotional Offers

If we offer free trials or promotional pricing, the offer details will describe how the trial converts into a paid subscription (including timing and price). You can avoid being charged by canceling before the trial ends. Unless required by law, charges made after a trial converts are non-refundable.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may affect your account’s access to the Service.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of the charge and the amount
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant supporting information (screenshots/receipts)
